Shipping policy

Anjrak ships across India from our studio in Delhi. We don't ship internationally yet.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Every order ships by tracked courier.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–4 days in metro cities and 5–7 days elsewhere in India. Remote areas can take longer. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges

• Orders of ₹5,000 and above: free shipping
• Orders below ₹5,000: ₹99

Payment

All orders are prepaid. We don't offer Cash on Delivery at the moment.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email and SMS.

Delivery issues

Please check that your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping may cost extra.

If your parcel looks tampered with or damaged when it arrives, please don't accept it, or record a video while opening it and email us within 48 hours.
